At MidnightEcho, every order is handled personally and your experience matters. If something didn't work out, here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Eligibility You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with any tags or inserts included. We don't have final sale items — everything in the store is returnable as long as it meets the condition requirements above.

Return Shipping Return shipping is completely free. We believe you shouldn't have to pay out of pocket just because something didn't work out. Once your return request is approved, you'll receive clear instructions on how to send your item back at no cost to you. Please don't send anything back before reaching out, as unapproved returns may not be processed.

Restocking Fee There is no restocking fee — period. Whatever you paid for your item is what you'll get back. No deductions, no hidden charges.

Refunds Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you that it's been processed. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method shortly after. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days to show up on your end — this is on their side, not ours.

Exchanges If you'd prefer to exchange an item rather than get a refund, just mention that when you reach out and we'll do our best to make it work based on current availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order details. These cases are treated as a priority and will be resolved quickly — whether that's a replacement, a refund, or whatever works best for you.

How to Start a Return Getting the process started is simple. Reach out through the store's contact page within 14 days of receiving your order, include your order number and the reason for your return, and I'll handle everything from there personally.
